Our Team
Dedicated professionals with heart for children
Our Philosophy
We see ourselves as developmental companions who perceive each child individually and support them in unfolding their personality. Through engagement in social interactions, we foster the coexistence of children, caregivers, and parents in the community.
Our Team Structure
Our team consists of qualified professionals who are there for the children every day with passion and expertise:
- 2 Childcare Workers with completed training
- 1 Kindergarten Assistant for support
Working in our kindergarten group places high demands on the pedagogical expertise of team members. Daily work with children and parents requires a high degree of empathy, flexibility, and observational skills.
Authentic Role Models
To be a positive and genuine role model for the children, we bring ourselves as people with all our strengths and weaknesses into the daily work with children within a professional framework.
Continuous Professional Development
To ensure the quality of pedagogical work, the team regularly participates in further training. In team meetings, content and organizational matters are discussed and developed further.
Child Protection
The protection and well-being of children are the top priority at Kindergruppe 123. Our work is based on an internal child protection concept that includes preventive measures and clear guidelines for action. All pedagogical staff act mindfully and responsibly in the best interest of the children.
Team Leadership
Responsibilities for all important tasks within the facility lie with the team leadership, which ensures structured and professional organization.
Developmental Support
We accompany each child individually in their personality development and create a framework in which children can discover and develop their abilities.
Parent Partnership
We maintain close cooperation with parents through daily exchange, regular development discussions, and parent evenings.
Our Pedagogical Goals
The pedagogical staff accompany the children with appreciation, observation, and support, providing targeted impulses according to each child's developmental stage.
- Promoting emotional security and well-being of children. Strengthening independence and self-confidence
- Supporting social skills such as consideration, empathy, and community spirit
- Encouraging language development in everyday life
- Promoting movement, health, and body awareness
- Supporting cognitive development through discovery, experimentation, and learning through play
- Enabling creative expression and imagination
- Creating a structured, safe framework with room for individual needs
The pedagogical work at Kindergruppe 123 is guided by the development-centered approach and the Vienna Educational Framework Plan for elementary educational institutions. The goal is to accompany and support children in their individual, holistic development.
